If your flight is early or delayed, the service provider will track your flight’s expected arrival time and send your driver at the revised time.
Once your plane lands you’ll have 1 hour to meet up your driver, who will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name.
Transfers are also available for departures, with pick-up directly at your hotel lobby.
You’ll receive a confirmation voucher with a 24-hour helpline phone number, where a representative is ready to assist you at any time.
