Description:
Stand up paddle surfing, also known as paddle boarding, is a popular watersport that originated in Hawaii as an offshoot of windsurfing. You’ll surf on a large, stable board using a paddle, with equipment provided.
It’s much easier than windsurfing and anyone can learn! If it’s your first time, the tour provider’s staff will teach you the basic techniques before you head out into the water.
Although it’s not as physically demanding as windsurfing it’s still a great workout.
