Explore Andalucia on a 5-day tour from Barcelona. Visit the colorful Spanish region that’s famous for Moorish architecture, bullfights, and, of course, flamenco! Stay in great hotels and enjoy sightseeing tours of Madrid, Seville, Granada, and Cordoba.
Description:
Leaving Barcelona at 08:00, drive through the cities of Lerida and Zaragoza, and stop in each city to explore the local history and surroundings. From there continue to Madrid, and check into your accommodation. Enjoy some time seeing the Spanish capital.
Day 2: Madrid–Cordoba–Seville
After breakfast, leave Madrid to travel through La Mancha to Córdoba. Upon arrival, take a sightseeing tour and visit the city’s famous Mosque, Cathedral, and Jewish Quarter. From there, continue to Seville. Enjoy a local dinner and check into your accommodation.
Day 3: Seville
Following breakfast in the hotel, take a morning city tour. Visit the Park of María Luisa, Plaza de España, and the classic and typical Barrio de Santa Cruz. The afternoon will be yours to enjoy on your own, with dinner included at the hotel.
Day 4: Seville–Granada
After breakfast depart to Granada. Upon arrival take a sightseeing tour to visit the impressive Alhambra, home to incredible Moorish architecture, including the beautiful Nazari Palaces and the Generalife. Then return to the city to enjoy dinner and check into your accommodation.
Day 5: Granada–Toledo–Madrid
Following breakfast, head off towards the Imperial City of Toledo, full of history and remarkable monuments. Have lunch and take a city sightseeing tour along Toledo’s narrow streets and alleys. From there return to Madrid for the end of the our.
