Overview:
Get off the usual tourist path on an 8-hour adventure tour from Barcelona, and kayak or Segway in the pre-Pyrenees village of Rupit. Soak up the breathtaking landscapes of forest and cliffs, and explore the medieval buidlings of an Catalan town.
Description:
Following a transfer from the city center, transfer to the beautiful lake of Panta de Sau. Here, kayaks await to take you out on the water. Opt to explore the area by self-balancing Segway, or combine the 2 activities for a full-day of adventure.
Then, drive to the 16th-century village of Rupit, far from the tourist crowds. Stroll the narrow streets of the picturesque village, and admire the flower pots that adorn the houses. Most of the buildings date back more than 500 years.
Continue your walk into dense forest. Hike to the Salt de Sallent waterfall, passing through woodland along the way. End with a picnic or Catalan meal in a village restaurant, before your transfer back to Barcelona.
